Workshop 3
Focus on the main character in your book and answer the following questions:
Book title: WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE
Author: Alice Monro
Main character: Rose, flo’s Beckey

Give a though description of the main character.
Rose- could be drawn back from watching the wind shiver along the old torn owning, catch in the tear by thid tone of regret, caution in flo’s voice.
Flo’s – he often try some new thing. She pushed any discovery aside with embarrassment and dread.
Becky – you know I used to live out here?

B. Describe the purpose of this character plays the plot.
Alike Not Alike
• Every day when rose get home she would tell about what went on school. Flo enjoyed the episode of the kotex, would ask about fresh developments. Half – a grapefruit she never got to hear about. • They argue back and forth on this. Flo’s frightened voice is growing stronger, getting its confidence back by stages, by arguing, they are being drown back into themselves. Soon its only Flo talking: he will not talk anymore.
